Recruitment & onboarding
Track candidates from application through offer, then convert them into an employee record automatically.
Most HR problems start with information that lives in more than one place: a spreadsheet for headcount, an inbox for documents, a WhatsApp group for leave requests. Bringing job titles, departments, reporting lines and employment history into a single employee record removes the guesswork about which version is current. In Namya, People is where that record lives, with departments, reporting lines and the organisation structure built from it.
Leave requests, approvals and balances need to be visible to the people who manage them, not buried in a chat thread. A shared calendar showing who is away, combined with balances that update automatically as requests are approved, removes a recurring source of manual reconciliation for HR teams.
Employing people in the UAE comes with document obligations that don't apply everywhere: residence visas, Emirates IDs and employment contracts all carry expiry dates that matter operationally, not just administratively. Namya keeps these documents attached to the employee they belong to, with expiry dates visible in advance rather than discovered after the fact. Documents themselves are stored on your own storage repository, such as Google Workspace, so nothing sensitive moves into a system you don't already control.
UAE teams are frequently made up of many nationalities, each with different document types and renewal timelines. Rather than treating this as an edge case, Namya's records are built to hold varied nationality and document information as a standard part of the employee profile.
Compensation data is sensitive and needs a proper paper trail when it changes. Namya holds basic salary and itemised allowances per employee, routes changes through a two-stage approval so one person can't unilaterally alter pay, and keeps before-and-after values with a reason and effective date. Access is restricted to HR admin and executive roles.
Beyond day-to-day administration, employers need visibility into hiring pipelines, individual and team performance against objectives, and workforce reporting that doesn't require building a spreadsheet from scratch every time a question comes up.
